About the Artist

Bryan Hunt was born in Terre Haute, Indiana. During his early career, he worked as an engineer's aide and draftsman at the Kennedy Space Center.

Hunt moved to Los Angeles, California, in order to obtain his BFA from Otis Art Institute (1971). Over the course of his career, Hunt has received many accolades, including the Grand Prize at the International Arts Festival in Seoul, Korea (1991), and the Art Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters (2007).

His sculptures, often inspired by natural phenomena and architectural elements, possess timeless qualities that capture the essence of movement and fluidity.
